Quote: “The most important trend in all law firm segments, which has been around for a few years now, is that of cut-throat competition. If the client does not come to one law firm because another one is better, easier to find, more specialized than one’s own, then that’s where it goes. And so it is not so much what the individual lawyer can or believes he can do, but what the law firm he belongs to represents in the market, what it can do, how well it is specialised in needs (as opposed to legal issues)!”.
