Those who know how to organise partnerships themselves also know how to set up projects to ensure sustainable success. We don’t get tangled up in internal intrigues and we don’t let ourselves be taken in by one side: Our promise is impartiality until the end of the project.

We provide the law firms with a project architecture that allows them to tackle and implement the necessary changes over time (see example of a full integration of a law firm that previously only shared the brand).

Through consistent logging, project reviews and evaluation, we also make projects into important learning situations in which the law firm learns to “manage” itself more consistently.
