Our methods for facilitating change:
Systemic organisational development
We look at law firms with the holistic view of the systemic engineer who analyses the functionalities of a system. Thus we do not come to quick conclusions based on apparently “negative” phenomena from the perspective of a consultant, but work on the patterns of organizational problem-solving skills. All of a sudden everything is much easier!
Coaching
If advice is also advice, then it is about being able to ask the right questions. This approach differentiates us from all other consultants who only know the answers to questions they have asked themselves.
Mediation
We use crisis situations and conflicts to make it easier to manage upcoming changes. Conflicts of interest are always present, the question is how to deal with them.
Project Management
Those who know how to organise partnerships themselves also know how to set up projects to ensure sustainable success. We don’t get tangled up in internal intrigues and we don’t let ourselves be taken in by one side: Our promise is impartiality until the end of the project.
Meeting Facilitation
We facilitate partnerships and other groups thereof with a clear view of necessary changes and agreements by consensus. In doing so, we dissolve blockades and defuse contradictions.
Training
Lawyers, auditors, tax consultants and patent attorneys are often highly qualified – they have only had little contact with the topics of office management. To avoid reinventing the wheel, it is sometimes helpful to get an overview.
